Though traditionally it has been practiced as a way to honour and nurture mothers, it is by its very nature, a chrysalis- an honouring of rebirth in ANY capacity. This ceremony takes place in your residence unless otherwise agreed. A studio is able to be rented if preferred, but this will incur an additional fee, depending on the space.
