What does this ceremony entail?
We will have space for connection where you may like to share what has been on your heart- what you are working through, Perhaps a birth story, any questions, what you are calling in- in essence, what brought you here. There is absolutely no requirement to share. Much of my work occurs in silence, as we communicate in the language of the Heart- any words you speak are for YOU in this space - to honour your Self. I Am here to serve your becoming, and welcome you, just as you Are.
When whatever wishes to be expressed has been. You will then lay on a cushioned mat on the floor upon hand loomed rebozos, and I will begin energy attunements, dropping you in to the space more deeply. I will then begin rocking your whole body, one section at a time, and finish with wrapping you, one section at a time. Until you are completely cocooned in a chrysalis of transformation. Deeply comforting and warm, this is your time to unravel, release and integrate. You can read more about each step below in the pictures entitled “Phases of Rebirth”.
This ritual envelops you in a sacred and nurturing cocoon of light, inviting a deep dive through the subconscious, releasing trauma held in the body and integrating the learnings with compassion and grace. On the physical level post birth, the massage/rocking and the wrapping/tightening phase of the ritual supports a closing of the vast opening the mother undergoes as a portal for a being to be brought through to the earth plane. It facilitates the integration of profound transformation a mother has experienced.
It is also deeply restorative, invites an activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) and brings us energetically back within ourselves, allowing us space to process feelings and memories, that we have been holding on to, As well as integrate trauma from other lives and re-member soul fragments that are ready to be integrated as part of the phase we currently find ourselves in. This time offers a deep release and a harmonising of the flow of energy within our bodies and fields on a mental/emotional/physical and spiritual level. The Closing of the Bones ritual is for EVERYONE. Though traditionally it has been practiced as a way to honour and nurture mothers, it is, by its very nature, a chrysalis- an honouring of rebirth in ANY capacity.
This means that it is suitable for:
anyone experiencing significant change, be it Birth, bereavement, change in work, a shedding of the old, burnout, a health crisis, a recent diagnosis, a change in relationship, the passage into menarche/perimenopause/menopause… the list is endless, as we are all navigating monumental change on this Ascension pathway. I offer who I Am as a conduit of the Divine Feminine to support you in feeling your innate wholeness, Divine Purity, and the Love and Beauty that you Are as you navigate this sacred expansion.
Phases of Rebirth

Ground + Surrender
After grounding into the space with a meditation, you are anointed with sacred Egyptian oil as we begin the rocking phase using hand loomed rebozos from Mexico. Many people find this deeply relaxing, down to a cellular level, although if you are accustomed more-so with doing than BEing, or residing mostly in the upper chakras, this can be a beautiful lesson in surrender as you acquaint yourself with your body, and the body elemental, shaking lose stagnant energy, stimulating the lymphatic system and loosening tension in the muscles and joints. In short, it is the entrance into letting go as you venture into the unknown of the cosmic womb.
The Divine Feminine is a graceful and wild mystery. She is not to be understood so much as felt. And here, you are invited in sacred space, in the rawness of what arises, to feel what calls to be felt. It is FOR YOU. Know this - for within all of it, you are held and infinitely Loved.

Cocoon + Release
In this phase, a section of your body is wrapped at a time (you may choose if you would like your arms wrapped or left out), eventually cocooning your entire being. Held by the Divine, you begin to journey deep within your innermost sanctuary. In this phase, many things can emerge within- birth trauma, memories of conversations, beliefs, learnings that are calling to be seen from a higher perspective - this is a beautiful time of acknowledging your feelings and experiences, accepting you did the best you could, and allowing forgiveness for all (including yourself) to organically arise. This is the breakdown of what is ready to be released- including the dismantling of structures which no longer serve your highest expression- beliefs, ego constructs, judgements, patters and programming held deep within the subconscious.

Transform + Integrate
Serving your highest expression at this time, and for the spiritual beneft of ALL, there will be a flow through me for YOU - perhaps through toning, song, energy work, Light Language… perhaps through silence. This is multidimensional work, in the gentle and nourishing space of Being. IT is normal to shake, to laugh, to cry, to be surprised by what arises, to feel a deeper sense of acceptance and Love for yourself, as you dive deep within. As the subtle bodies come into harmonious alignment, the mind/body/emotions may rise as a wave to be felt and acknowledged as they move through. There is nothing for you to control, to be, or do… you are simply here to receive the beauty of who you Are. My loving intention is that you receive yourself with wonder, joy and grace.
About this Ceremony

Using whatever is called for by your Higher Self, from 432 hz crystal bowls, a 432hz crystal harp in the key of C, the ceremonial Systrum (or sistrum), Flower of Life chimes, elemental chimes, toning, Light Language and singing, sound shifts the body into harmonic resonance to receive and recalibrate to higher frequencies. If you have ever heard of cymatics, you will recall that as water is exposed to sound, it comes into alignment with sacred geometric patterns corresponding with each sound. Given how much water we are made of, and knowing that our light bodies are liquid plasma, sound is a profound tool to support us in harmonious healing, anchoring light codes, and experiencing our Self as an individualised aspect of Source.

Crafted with knowledge from a seventh generational Wisdom Keeper of the Egyptian Pyramids, these sacred oils correspond with each chakra. One will shine as the most supportive to anoint you with, I will not anoint you with more than one oil in a session to ensure the activation is sustainable and nourishing.

The rebozos I used are 100% cotton and are hand loomed by Mexican artisans in Oaxaca, Mexico. Rebozos are the traditional cloth of choice for a Closing of the Bones Ceremony.

In the comfort of or own home (provided you have the space to do so). If you are in the post partum phase, or have children I highly recommend you have someone take your baby/children out (or at least be in another room with someone other than yourself to care for them) during our session so you can be fully present to the experience. I am also happy to do this session outdoors if this is something which speaks to your heart. If you feel most comfortable in a studio space, please reach out and we will find a suitable space to hold ceremony for you.

Alignment is key here. It is paramount that you feel an expansion within you when you tune into my energy.
Use an image of me on this site, and feel within your body and being what it feels like to be in my energy. If you feel an expansion, great. If not, great. You don’t need to know the reason why I am not in alignment with you at this time, but honouring your intuition is a deep honouring of Self.

Time is not linear. There is no such thing as “too late” - when it calls to you, and you align with it, you are ready.

Our guidance is multidimensional - so though you may not understand why your soul Is calling for you to be nurtured in this way, I assure you, your Higher Self does. It is also normal to experience resistance to the unknown, deep healing, and - the Divine Feminine. We have been programmed not to trust, not to “believe”, not to find worth in the workings of the Feminine mysteries, and we have also been programmed not to trust our guidance. Our soul always seeks the pathway to harmony, coherence and Love. At some stage that involves a balancing of the Masculine and Feminine within.
This session is for EVERYONE. I have nurtured my partner in this way many times as well as my daughter. We can all feel held and nurtured by the Divine Mother in this way.

In many cultures, it is common to receive the traditional Closing of the Bones ritual 4-6 times in the first 40 days as it activates profound healing within and is deeply nourishing to return the energy of the Mother within after such a transformative experience. However, please be aware that the offering of The Chrysalis is DEEP inner work which utilises the physical modality of the Closing of the Bones ritual for multidimenional transformation, so it is important that you feel ready within to meet your Self more fully.
